Terms & Conditions

• Event dates are held provisionally until the deposit of £150 is paid to secure the booking.

• Full payment is due 6 weeks before the delivery/pick up date, this should be prior to the event date.

• Once final payment is made to Faux Show Flowers we cannot refund monies due to potential loss of business on orders for the same date required.

• Unless cancellations are notified in writing prior to 6 weeks before the agreed delivery/pick up date, the deposit will be lost.

• Cancellations only accepted in writing.

• If a deposit has been paid to secure a future date – then we must have full details of order within 3 months or deposit will be lost.

• Faux show Flowers will always strive to use exact products for your custom order, but on rare occasions some items become unavailable.  This means that prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice, however once deposit is paid the price quoted will remain the same.  We shall do our best to supply you with the items you requested, but we reserve the right to supply you with similar goods if we encounter unforeseen circumstances.

• Once final payment is made we cannot issue refunds.

• Amendments to final numbers/orders can be altered up until 6 weeks prior to agreed pick up/delivery date prior to the event or until final payment is made.

• Faux Show Flowers will not be held responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property in any circumstance arising from any goods provided.

• Quotes over the phone or by email may change until the deposit secures the booking.

• Faux show Flowers shall not in any circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect or any consequential loss, damage or extra cost incurred by other organisers at an event.

• Products may contain small parts – all attachments are secured, but they could be detached and pose a hazard to children or vulnerable persons and therefore please do not leave such persons unattended whilst they are wearing or using the accessories/products.
